Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax.
Immediately after payment you are redirected to a download page and Stripe emails you a receipt. If your download does not work, email us and we will send the files directly.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right is lost once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right at checkout.
You are asked to confirm both at checkout. If you did not, contact us within 14 days and we will cancel and refund.
If a product is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of anything above. Nothing here limits that.
You may download, print and keep the files for your own personal use. You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them anywhere, or distribute them to others.
